Stellarossa – New Owner, New Ideas

Karen Brady and Wendy Owen’s pioneering work that brought a quality dine-in cafe experience to Park Ridge three years ago, has now been picked up by Stellarossa’s new owner, Kate Cameron. Kate has hit the ground running with the old Stellarossa staff helping her settle in. She is enjoying the friendliness of Stellarossa regulars and hopes to create new opportunities for locals to eat out in style.

Kate and other food outlet owners are keen to give the local night life a lift with plans to add live music and drinks on the weekends as well as opening up for dinner on certain nights. “Stellarossa is also a great place for private functions and business/networking meetings”, Kate said. “I’m excited about being part of this growth phase in such a beautiful community.’

Expect to see new things in the Stellarossa space over the next few months as Kate and the team seek to engage the Park Ridge community in fresh new ways.
